✍️Heen Bovitiya plant belonging to the family Melastomataceae is widely seen in the humid regions of Sri Lanka as well as in the intermediate climatic regions. However, it can be found in other regions of Sri Lanka as well. The Sinhalese name of this low Bovitiya is “Kuruweena”. However, it is a matter of regret that this plant is being destroyed today due to human activities. This plant, which grows from seeds as well as roots, is a plant that should be grown in every home because it is full of high medicinal properties.

🔹How to use Naturista Heen Bovitiya Powder,
☕How to use as a Drink
⭕Put 100ml of clean water in to a glass which is heated until it boils well.
⭕Take a 2 ½ spoons of Heen Bovitiya powder and put it in to the glass and mix it well. (Use only the spoon provided with the bottle to get the powder from the bottle)
⭕Cover well it for 4-5 minutes.
⭕Then mix it well again Filter and drink it.

🍵 How to use Gruel
⭕ Prepare of Heen Bo Gruel- Grind the rice, wash it and let it boil. After the rice is cooked, mash it well and add 4 tablespoons of Heen Bovitiya powder, 02 cups of coconut milk, 2-3 cloves of finely chopped garlic and salt to the required amount and cook for about 10 minutes.

🔹Take it in a convenient time after 9 am in the morning and before 7 pm in the evening after one and half hours to the meals. Drink only three days per week (Ex: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday).

🔹Drink it after one and half hours after take the dinner only if you feel difficult to take it in the day time.

🔹NB – Successful results can only be achieved by using this product correctly for at least 3 months.
